The SBDC mission is to assist start-ups and strengthen

and high quality, affordable training programs. Scholarship
funds are available for several programs.

The Vermont Training Program (VTP) promotes industrial
expansion and encourages the creation of jobs in manufacturing
by providing training for new, relocating or expanding firms.

network connecting Rutland to 12 other Vermont sites. VIT'sISDN
connections provide video conferencing services for business
and organizations.

Extension Service is a continuing educational
process providing programs for farmers, businesses, families
and community groups throughout the county. It is affiliated
